**Please make your trip reservations as soon as possible. As you know most trips sell out due to a limited number of seats on the motorcoach and the popularity of the shows that we attend and the hotels we stay in.
We must purchase tickets and reserve hotel accommodations months in advance.

REQUIRED DEPOSITS: (Per Person) –A minimum non refundable $50 sign up deposit is due at the time of registration for a trip. All deposits count toward the final cost of your trip.

Tours priced less than $225…………..full payment due 7 days after making your reservation.

Tours priced from $250 to $499……...$200 deposit due 7 days after making your reservation.

Tours priced from $500 to $999……...$300 deposit due 7 days after making your reservation.

Tours priced over $1000………...……$450 deposit due 7 days after making your reservation.

FINAL PAYMENT ON ALL TRIPS: Due no later than 35 days prior to departure. Please remember it is your responsibility to make your final payment. You will not be billed for your balance.

Refund Policy: A refund less the minimum $50 deposit will be given when cancellations are received prior to 35 days of the departure. Cancellations within 35 days of the departure date will not receive a refund regardless of the reason. Regardless of the reason, cancellations less than 35 days and transfers result in a costly process of letters, toll calls, record adjustments, refund checks, etc. plus loss of non-refundable tickets and accommodations. Refunds are not given on tours for attractions, meals, etc., for which individuals do not participate while on the tour.

NOTE: When a roommate(s) cancels prior to the cancellation penalty date, the remaining person(s) will be charged the applicable accommodation rate for the number of persons occupying the room unless another roommate is found by the traveler.
